Customer Care Team Lead Position

We are seeking experienced Team Leaders to oversee the daily operations of our customer care team. In this pivotal role, you will motivate and support a high-performing team of Customer Care Officers to deliver proactive, high-quality service across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of contact centre, front counter, and reception areas
- Motivating and supporting a team of Customer Care Officers
- Delivering proactive, high-quality service across multiple channels
- Coaching, providing feedback, and training teams to achieve exceptional results
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in a customer service or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in supervising a team within a contact centre environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue receipting activities and financial reconciliations
