Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Care Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of our customer care team. This role involves supervising a team within a contact centre environment and ensuring excellent customer service is maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the contact centre, front counter, and reception areas.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in customer service, business administration or related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue receipting activities and financial reconciliations.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
