Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Executive Solutions Manager.

This role will involve driving business growth by building relationships with key decision-makers and capitalizing on strategic opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the offshore energy industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and negotiation.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide commercial acumen and negotiation expertise to secure profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Own the go-to-market strategy for assigned client groups, products, or territories.
  • Engage and Discover: Proactively engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover business needs and project timelines.
  • Propose and Iterate: Provide key competitive insights and strategy to win based on intelligence gathered.
  • Bid and Win: Lead the end-to-end bid process from strategy development to contract negotiation and close-out.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience and relationships across the offshore energy industry.
  • Leadership experience within organisations that deliver services for offshore energy developments.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence and persuade.
  • Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans with proven results in business growth.
  • Thorough understanding of the Offshore Energy Market developments.
