Executive Client Solutions Manager Job Description

Lloyd's Register is seeking a high-impact, executive-level professional with deep-rooted experience and relationships across the offshore energy industry.

This individual will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth by unlocking access to key decision-makers and capitalizing on strategic business opportunities.

The Role

  1. Strategy and Execution: Develop the go-to-market strategy for assigned client groups, products, or territories. Analyze market dynamics, identify growth levers, and shape strategic initiatives that position the business for long-term success.
  2. Act as figurehead internally and externally, providing the voice of Lloyd's Register to your market.
  3. Engage and Discover: Proactively engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover business needs, project timelines, and commercial drivers. Focus on cultivating and expanding relationships with senior stakeholders involved in offshore capital expenditure projects, while consistently delivering against ambitious sales targets.
  4. Propose and Iterate: Provide key competitive insights and strategy to win based on intelligence gathered. Develop and present clear, concise, and compelling proposals.
  5. Bid and Win: Lead the end-to-end bid process from strategy development to contract negotiation and close-out. Apply commercial acumen and negotiation expertise to secure profitable contracts, navigating complex procurement environments and competitive landscapes.
  6. Owning Your Numbers: Take full accountability for sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue delivery from your territory or segment.
  7. Develop and Share: Contribute to the development of Lloyd's Register's solution portfolio to facilitate better upsell and cross-sell to customers. Participate in external marketing events, conferences, and workshops to develop sales networks and promote Lloyd's Register.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and relationships across the offshore energy industry and leadership within organizations that deliver services for offshore energy developments.
  • A track record of securing major offshore contracts, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving revenue through consultative engagement and commercial acumen.
  • Senior and executive level contact network within the offshore energy sectors including operators, EPCI's, and OEMs.
  • Ability to communicate strategic value propositions via various mediums to senior levels within organizations and influence successfully.
  • Strong negotiating skills and ability to lead negotiations to influence and persuade.
  • Collaboration and leadership skills to work with teams across the organization, with cross-functional teams and internal teams.
  • Thorough understanding of the Offshore Energy Market developments to create commercial focus and find new business opportunities.
