We are seeking an experienced professional to accelerate our growth by unlocking access to key decision-makers and capitalizing on strategic business opportunities in the offshore energy industry.
- Owning the go-to-market strategy for an assigned client group, product, or territory, including analyzing market dynamics and identifying growth levers.
- Acting as a figurehead internally and externally, providing the voice of leadership to your market.
- Engaging senior stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover business needs, project timelines, and commercial drivers, while cultivating and expanding relationships with senior stakeholders involved in offshore capital expenditure projects.
- Providing key competitive insights and strategy to win based on intelligence gathered, developing and presenting clear, concise, and compelling proposals, and leading the end-to-end bid process from strategy development to contract negotiation and close-out.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven deep-rooted experience and relationships across the offshore energy industry, with a track record of securing major offshore contracts and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- A strong network of senior and executive-level contacts within the offshore energy sectors, including operators, EPCI's and OEMs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop go-to-market strategies and sales plans, and negotiate successfully to influence and persuade.
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with a thorough understanding of the Offshore Energy Market developments and the ability to find new business opportunities.
- Confident use of software to manage and report sales activities.
