We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead offshore construction projects with our team.

About the Role

This position requires someone with extensive experience in offshore oil and gas construction, including strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Minimum 10 years of construction management experience, including offshore experience and a strong EPC background
  • Proven track record in developing execution plans and methodologies
  • Excellent resource management, scheduling, and budgeting skills
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Knowledge of traditional energy and energy transition projects (desirable)
  • Proficiency in relevant construction software and tools

We're looking for someone who can work closely with the project manager, stakeholders, and other team members to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safe and efficient project completion.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in offshore oil and gas construction
  • A strong understanding of project controls function covering planning, cost control, cost management systems, document management systems, and quality assurance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness to travel to client offices, work sites, fabrication yards, and other locations as required
