Salary and Benefits

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Service Network Coordinator to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our service network team, you will play a critical role in maintaining our service network coverage, ensuring it operates efficiently, cost-effectively, and meets the highest possible customer service standards.

You will work closely with our Service Network Manager to understand client and consumer requirements, ensuring our network can support new and existing programs. Your key responsibilities will include system configuration maintenance, engagement and management of service centres, and maintenance of agreements and compliance obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain system configuration as directed in a timely manner
  • Engage and manage service centres with a focus on Electronics, Computers, and Mobile phone categories
  • Maintenance of all agreements and ensure all compliance obligations of the network are met
  • Highlight and report any issues or adverse trends
  • Deep dive into product and category level details to ascertain potential ACL remedies
  • Support roll out of new processes with internal teams
  • Liaise with service centres on day-to-day queries and escalations
  • Highlight and provide feedback on streamlining opportunities to drive better outcomes and efficiency
  • Support the team across multiple aspects of the network, including salvage, system set-ups, and system maintenance
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and perform under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to understand insights and convert into strategies and roadmaps
  • Knowledge or experience in consumer electronics/whitegoods preferred but not essential
  • Previous Customer Service experience preferred but not essential
