We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordination Specialist to join our team at Careerone Partner Network.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong administrative skills and experience in project coordination to take on a challenging role that will see you working closely with installation managers, project teams, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks;
  • Prepare and review milestone checklists, commissioning, and close-out documents;
  • Develop and maintain accurate project records, including tracking capacity, new opportunities, and general project information;
  • Analyze data from projects and provide comprehensive reports upon completion;
  • Collaborate with sub-contractors to review their work, including risk assessments and intellectual property;
  • Manage relationships with sub-contractors, including scope reviews, proposal development, and issue resolution;
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies;

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • AQF Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field;
  • Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or a related field;
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail;
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
