We are seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Professional Services Coordinator to support our Sydney Environment & Planning team. This permanent full-time role is ideal for a career-minded individual who can work from home one day a week and is looking to advance their career in a dynamic environment.

As a key member of our national Practice Support team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a variety of areas, including diary management, email coordination, file maintenance, and administrative tasks. You will also be part of a collaborative team that values continuous improvement and offers regular development forums and learning opportunities.

The estimated salary range for this role is between AU$60,000 and AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive remuneration package that includes salary, superannuation, and annual leave entitlements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have previous administrative experience within a legal or professional services firm, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage changing priorities.
