We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of people living with disability.

Your role will be to drive inclusive employment outcomes by connecting individuals with intellectual disability to local job opportunities, providing tailored support, career development planning, and exceptional customer experiences for both participants and employers.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with participants to understand their goals, address barriers, and develop personalized employment pathways.
  • Identify job opportunities through networking, cold calling, and business development, matching participants to suitable roles and supporting them throughout recruitment, placement, and post-placement care.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation, ensuring alignment with contractual and organisational standards.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs related to placements, customer satisfaction, and business development.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in employment services, recruitment, training, or community services.
  • Proven success in sales or target-driven environments, with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of employer needs and the local labour market.
  • Ability to work independently and within a dispersed team environment.
  • Prior experience working with people with intellectual disability or other support needs is highly regarded.
