
HR Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical support and coordination function to the WHS & Wellbeing team, assisting in the delivery of Work Health and Safety, the Wellbeing Program, and Performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the WHS & Wellbeing team, including managing administration activities, providing evidence-based advice to staff and senior management, and reporting on the CDPP's wellbeing program and Work Health Safety activities.
- Assist with completion of ergonomic assessments, Wellbeing Program initiatives, and WHS incident investigations, including implementation and follow up of any corrective and preventative actions.
- Undertake reporting, manage contracts, workstation assessment program, procurement activities, and ad hoc duties as required.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on potentially sensitive issues.
- Provide secretariat support to the National Health and Safety Committee.
- Manage the WHS and COVID-19 inboxes.
- Support the work of the broader HR Advice, Wellbeing, and Inclusion team when required.
