
Sydney IT Support Specialist

First Focus is a leading provider of technical services, seeking an experienced onsite IT support specialist to join our team in Sydney.
Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality onsite support services to customers, resolving complex technical issues with desktop and server infrastructure
- Provide level 1-3 support for a wide range of technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Exchange
- Collaborate with senior solutions experts to maintain best practice environments
- Occasionally participate in project teams to deploy solutions for customers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory
- Good general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange
- Experience working with IT outsourcers or managed service providers (MSP)
- Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
- Desirable: experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion
