First Focus is a leading provider of technical services, seeking an experienced onsite IT support specialist to join our team in Sydney.

Job Description:

  • Deliver high-quality onsite support services to customers, resolving complex technical issues with desktop and server infrastructure
  • Provide level 1-3 support for a wide range of technologies, including Active Directory, Windows Server, and Exchange
  • Collaborate with senior solutions experts to maintain best practice environments
  • Occasionally participate in project teams to deploy solutions for customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory
  • Good general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange
  • Experience working with IT outsourcers or managed service providers (MSP)
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
  • Desirable: experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion
