Job Title: Field Services Engineer, Onsite Sydney

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Services Engineer to join our team. As an onsite specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Manage escalations and provide onsite technical assistance
  • Assist and resolve incidents raised by staff and internal support teams
  • Support by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical issues
  • Provide guidance, support and mentoring to the internal support teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider highly desirable
  • Over 5 years' technical experience in an IT environment
  • Ability to manage and support Microsoft environments including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 / SCCM / Intune
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory management, Group Policy administration and PowerShell
  • Demonstrated knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Routing
  • Remote Desktop / Terminal Services / Citrix Virtual Apps experience
