Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accessory Inventory Specialist to join our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of accessories across the dealer network and export customers to keep stock levels healthy and customers happy.

  • Coordinate the movement of accessories to ensure timely delivery and maintain healthy inventory levels.
  • Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform smarter inventory decisions and improve forecasting.
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure cost-effective delivery of accessories.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to drive proactive stock management and backorder resolution.
  • Facilitate stakeholder forums to ensure alignment and progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Business or Logistics, or equivalent experience in supply chain or aftersales.
  • At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry with a focus on logistics or inventory.
  • Natural leadership skills – confidence guiding others and bringing teams together.
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive – solving problems and improving systems.
  • Excellent communication skills engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
