Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to coordinate the supply and delivery of new vehicles to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage vehicle inventory from factory order to customer delivery.
  • Maintain and operate the dealership's inventory management system.
  • Book vehicles in and out of stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Source and allocate vehicles, including swaps, to meet customer demands.
  • Generate detailed inventory reports and lists for sales teams and management.
  • Coordinate pre-delivery activities for new vehicles.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, administration staff, and management.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a dealership or related industry.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated individual with high personal commitment to delivering results.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
