Pregnancy Connect Care Coordinator Job Opportunity
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change for pregnant women experiencing risks and vulnerabilities. In this newly established role, you will work collaboratively across the district with stakeholders to strengthen systems and processes that ensure women receive the right care at the right time.
You will demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team. You will work closely with the District Obstetric Advisor and colleagues in the Tiered Perinatal Network to shape a new role and make a lasting impact on perinatal care.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are seeking a dynamic clinician with strong clinical and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
The successful applicant will have experience working in a healthcare setting and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
