This is a senior leadership position for an experienced project manager to lead capital works projects in high-performing operational environments.
- Project Delivery: Deliver new construction, refurbishments and infrastructure upgrades with minimal disruption to live environments.
The role offers exposure to major capital works across the education, health and civic infrastructure sectors now and into the future. You will take the lead on a diverse portfolio of capital works projects including new builds, major refurbishments and infrastructure upgrades.
- Sustainability Focus: Drive sustainability by supporting electrification, energy efficiency and broader sustainability goals.
You will work within a live campus environment to help drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality results across every phase of project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage feasibility, detailed design, procurement and delivery phases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Oversight of tenders, contracts, budgets, forecasting and value management.
- Maintenance of project documentation, risk registers, dashboards and compliance reporting.
About the Role:
- Proven end-to-end delivery experience across capital works projects in operational settings (education, health, cultural or government facilities preferred).
- Skilled in managing complex refurbishments and infrastructure projects with minimal disruption to live environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with skills in budget control, procurement and contract administration.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
- Solutions-focused adaptable and able to navigate shifting priorities with ease.
