This is a senior leadership position for an experienced project manager to lead capital works projects in high-performing operational environments.

You will work within a live campus environment to help drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality results across every phase of project delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage feasibility, detailed design, procurement and delivery phases.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
    • Oversight of tenders, contracts, budgets, forecasting and value management.
    • Maintenance of project documentation, risk registers, dashboards and compliance reporting.

About the Role:

  • Proven end-to-end delivery experience across capital works projects in operational settings (education, health, cultural or government facilities preferred).
  • Skilled in managing complex refurbishments and infrastructure projects with minimal disruption to live environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with skills in budget control, procurement and contract administration.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills capable of engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Solutions-focused adaptable and able to navigate shifting priorities with ease.
