The Senior Compensation Analyst plays a pivotal role in developing, designing, and implementing compensation programs that drive business growth and strategic objectives. This position is responsible for managing ongoing, periodic, and ad-hoc compensation projects, providing expert consultation and solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver integrated management services.
This role requires a high degree of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills to evaluate jobs, conduct salary surveys, and administer large-scale pay programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, compensation, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a closely related field of study.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Seven years of increasingly responsible professional work experience in Compensation and/or Human Resources, including job evaluation, salary survey analysis, and compensation program administration.
