Job Summary: This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and play a key role in the development, design, implementation, and administration of compensation programs. Your broad-based compensation management expertise will help drive business success by providing integrated management consultation and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement market-driven compensation programs that support business objectives
- Manage compensation projects, including job evaluations, salary surveys, and large-scale pay program administration
- Collaborate with HR teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Provide expert advice on compensation-related matters, including labor laws and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or closely related field of study
- Seven years increasingly responsible professional work experience in Compensation and/or Human Resources
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and present findings in clear, concise manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff
