    As a key member of our Human Resource team, you will play a pivotal role in managing payroll and benefits for our organization.

  •     Payroll Administration

    ">
    •       Process timely and accurate payroll, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

    •       Manage employee data, including new hires, changes, additional earnings, and terminations.

      ">
    •       Reconcile variances between payroll and time systems.

      ">
    •       Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, adhering to confidentiality and security protocols.

      ">
    •       Develop and maintain knowledge of payroll software and HRIS systems.

      ">
    •       Assist employees with access to online portals and provide support with benefit enrollment and changes.

      ">
    •       Responsible for month-end duties, including approving HR-related invoices and ensuring timely payment.

    •       Maintain vendor contacts for payroll and recruiting activities.

  • Benefits Administration

    ">

        Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement plans, life insurance, and workers' compensation.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    ">

        3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. Knowledge of payroll administration, benefits programs, and state and federal regulations related to benefits administration.
