Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our marketing efforts in the Home Loans space. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer behaviour and be able to develop effective marketing strategies that drive sales growth.

This role requires a high degree of commercial acumen, with the ability to balance business results with customer experience. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans, as well as leading the development of product propositions. They will also be expected to deliver commercial and customer results aligned to the product and Mobile Lending business KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of delivering well-considered strategies that deliver business results
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to balance business results with customer experience
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in leading teams (direct / indirect)
  • Great conceptual thinker and deep understanding of Customer Experience (CX) principles, frameworks and methodologies
