As a Team Leader, you will support a team of skilled Home Loan Sales Specialists in delivering an exceptional experience to our home loan clients. You will foster a high-performance culture supported by ongoing learning, personal development, and growth opportunities. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and work closely with key stakeholders across the business to deliver overall business objectives.- What you offer
- Track record of leading others and implementing a culture of collaboration, performance excellence and continuous development.
- Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and change.
- Risk mindset, with a focus on regulatory compliance and proactively surfacing any operational or conduct risk matters.
- Effective problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.Prior home loans experience is essential.
