We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Sales Associate to join our team. As a Mortgage Sales Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries and making outbound contact with leads to discuss their lending needs.

Your primary goal will be to convert leads into qualified customer appointments for our brokers. You will also identify opportunities for customers to refinance existing loans and obtain finance for new purchases.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a strong understanding of the home loan process and mortgage market.
