A high-achieving Senior Commercial Property Manager is sought to lead the growth of a commercial property management division in Perth.

The Role
  • Manage a growing portfolio of commercial properties and take ownership of its development.
  • Be the primary contact for tenants and landlords, handling their inquiries and concerns.
  • Administer lease agreements, negotiate renewals, and oversee repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Manage budgets, arrears, and monthly financial reports to provide transparency and accountability.
  • Take on business development opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Contribute to building and shaping systems and processes for the department.
  • Mentor junior staff and lead the property management team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of commercial property management principles.

Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing priorities.
