Commercial Property Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and mentor junior property managers, build strong relationships with tenants, and oversee lease negotiations.
The role involves managing a portfolio of properties, leading a small agile team, and working directly with landlords to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for conducting property inspections, ensuring maintenance and safety obligations are met, and providing timely and detailed reporting to stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial or industrial property management, proficiency in Cirrus8 software, and strong leadership and interpersonal skills. You will also need to have a sound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accounting, as well as experience in facilities management and contractor coordination.
