Senior Property Manager Role

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard and leased to maximise returns.

This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of property management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail and industrial spaces.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial reporting. They will also be expected to develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns.

Liaising with clients, tenants and contractors is a critical aspect of this role, as is providing expert advice to internal stakeholders on all property-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
  • Oversee leasing, maintenance, tenant relations and financial reporting
  • Develop and implement property management strategies
  • Liaise with clients, tenants and contractors
  • Provide expert advice on property-related matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior property management role
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop effective property strategies
  • Excellent customer service orientation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in using property management software and tools
  • Thorough understanding of relevant property legislation and regulations
  • Exceptional organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field
