We are seeking a Senior Property Accountant to join a leading organisation in the property industry.

This organisation is known for its excellence in managing a diverse portfolio and delivering high-quality results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing financial reporting for a commercial properties portfolio
  • Coordinating budgeting, forecasting, and monthly accruals
  • Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly financial reports, including NOI variance analysis and CAPEX forecasts
  • Maintaining and reconciling property balance sheets and fixed asset registers
  • Business partnering - Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Supporting group reporting and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

A successful Senior Property Accountant should possess:

  • Commercial Property experience
  • Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • CPA/CA qualified
  • Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience with property management systems

This role offers a 10-month contract with a late September start date, a completion bonus, and opportunities for professional development and exposure to various projects in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
