Job Title: Senior Corporate Solutions Specialist

Job Summary:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Corporate Solutions Group, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing a wide range of risk management solutions for corporate and public sector clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and structure complex financial solutions to meet the needs of corporate and public sector clients.
  • Work closely with various internal teams, including Trading, Structuring, Banking, and Risk, to deliver bespoke solutions to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior client contacts to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate with control functions, such as Legal, Compliance, Market, and Credit Risk, to ensure effective governance and control infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of the Citi franchise with relevant corporate clients.
  • Ensure compliance with Citi's Code of Conduct and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of growing business and maintaining relationships.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of derivatives and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective internal partnerships.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial approach to business origination and relationship development.
  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
