About the Role

As a Senior Associate, you'll partner with a relationship Director to:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and positioning our solutions accordingly.
  • Develop industry expertise by understanding our clients' industries and associated markets, including local and global dynamics.
  • Collaborate with global product specialists to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.
  • Undertake credit evaluations and prepare high-quality credit applications for general corporate and structured lending scenarios.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies, financial crime regulations, and internal controls.
  • Support the execution of client facility documentation and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex financial information and credit applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
