About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant new restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Implement and maintain operational procedures to optimize efficiency and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
  • Create staff schedules and manage labor costs.
  • Monitor and control budgets, including labor costs.
  • Analyze financial reports and make recommendations for improving profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
