About You
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role, preferably within a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Culinary Passion: Strong expertise in modern culinary techniques with a deep passion for Spanish cuisine and the use of fresh, local ingredients.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to manage multiple outlets, including a restaurant and cellar door, while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Creativity and a keen eye for detail in food presentation.
  • Financial Management: Experience in developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales and labor cost budgets.
  • Management Skills: Solid management and financial skills.
