Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role that plays a vital part in ensuring seamless operations across the business. The ideal candidate will oversee and refine inventory levels to guarantee smooth supply chain management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate regular stock reconciliations between SAP and 3PL ERP systems, including monitoring interfaces and resolving errors.
  • Monitor current inventory levels and align booked stock at distribution centres with purchase orders.
  • Investigate cycle count discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage frequent stock adjustments and inventory movements to correct SAP category locations.
  • Deliver detailed stock analysis and discrepancy fixes.
  • Support Finance during internal and external inventory audits.
  • Oversee Reverse Logistics inventory, including returns from stores, wholesale customers, and store-to-store transfers.

Key Skills and Expertise

  • Strong understanding of Warehousing and Distribution operations.
  • Expertise in goods flow from DC to customers and reverse logistics.
  • Solid background in Inventory Management and analysis.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with willingness to challenge existing processes.
  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across functions.
