We are currently recruiting for an experienced Inventory Manager for our Distribution Centre in Dandenong (VIC).
In this role, you will be reporting to the ANZ Inventory Manager and be responsible for overseeing the inventory levels in compliance with L'Oreal standards as well as leading the inventory team.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Planning and maintaining end-to-end inventory management processes, procedures, and optimal inventory parameters
- Analysis and management of inventory data using ERP, Excel and Power BI
- Assisting to optimize demand and supply planning, catalogue management
- Managing SLOB stock, evaluating supply risk and maintaining min & max levels
- Managing the weekly cycle count process
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Liaise with our warehouses and major customers
- Develop inventory improvement and quality plans and reporting
- Produce relevant inventory KPI data to present to senior management
- Supporting the ANZ Inventory Manager and Operations team
- Multiple stakeholders including project managers, maintenance, production and the wider business to deliver projects and ensure DIFOT in line with business objectives

ABOUT YOU
- Inventory management or supply chain experience from any industry, such as FMCG, mining, utilities, oil & gas etc.
- Extensive systems experience, including exposure to any ERP/MRP, advanced Excel, Power BI beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver accurate and meaningful data and reporting to the wider business, and to educate all levels of stakeholders on supply chain challenges, solutions and deliverables
- A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of inventory processes.
- Team-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving collective goals.
