Expanding your career in real estate law requires a unique blend of skills and experience. We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our dynamic team, working on a wide range of matters including residential and commercial property development, strata title advice, and more.

About the Role

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver outstanding results for our clients. Your expertise in Western Australian real estate law, particularly in strata and developments, is highly valued.

  • Residential and commercial property development and subdivision
  • Strata title advice including by-law drafting
  • Residential and commercial property acquisition and sales
  • Commercial leasing

Requirements
  • 2-4 years PQE experience in Western Australian real estate law, with a focus on strata and developments
  • Highly organised and committed to delivering outstanding client service
  • Client-focused with an ability to build and maintain relationships
