Associate - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our market-leading team on complex deals in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

The successful candidate will have experience in or desire to work on tenure aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects, as well as property development and redevelopment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing documents and completing transactions of all types and sizes
  • Conducting property due diligence
  • Experience with commercial sales, purchases, leases, easements, options, and license agreements
