  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in video conferencing.
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
  • Successful real estate agent background.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly training sessions via video conferencing.
  • Develop marketing strategies across platforms.
  • Implement lead generation techniques with guidance from our team.
  • Conduct structured interviews over the phone (training and scripts provided).
  • Provide information to suitable candidates.
  • Arrange online Q&A sessions and follow-ups.
  • Mentor and support new clients with guidance and training.
