About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in a full-time permanent capacity, focusing on real estate matters.

This role will involve working across various aspects of real estate law, including:

  • Residential and commercial property development and subdivision
  • Strata title advice, including drafting by-laws
  • Residential and commercial property acquisition and sales
  • Commercial leasing

You will be part of a close-knit team with direct access to senior colleagues and mentoring opportunities.

About You
  • Have 2-4 years' post-qualification experience in Western Australian real estate law, with a focus on strata and developments
  • Be highly organised and committed to delivering outstanding client service
