Senior Customer Lifecycle Strategist

The Senior CRM Specialist role entails spearheading customer lifecycle and marketing automation initiatives across the organization. This individual will collaborate with a CRM project team to deliver a new CRM platform into the business, contributing to the development of customer lifecycle activity using martech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead CRM project teams to build and launch new CRM platforms for marketing, CX, and compliance purposes.
- Develop and execute customer journey maps, building automations, and segmenting audiences for personalized experiences.
- C coordinate and maintain data workflow processes from sources to CRM, ensuring effective use of all new CRM features.
- Design and implement 1:1 communication strategies for campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze performance across KPIs (opens, clicks, conversions, revenue) and set up dashboards for reporting.
- At least three years of experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, Zoho, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong skills in email and SMS campaign creation, including copy, design, templating, testing, and optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, journey building, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.
