As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing cutting-edge lifecycle journeys that drive customer engagement and commercial impact.
This is an incredible opportunity to join our team and contribute to the development of the B2B Lifecycle Marketing Strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to map customer needs and design communication journeys that add value at every touchpoint.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in B2B lifecycle marketing. You will be responsible for driving lifecycle and marketing automation solutions for our business customers, using martech platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Seismic, Adobe, and Data Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer-Centric Journey Design
Contribute to the development of the B2B Lifecycle Marketing Strategy in mapping customer needs and designing communication journeys that add value at every touchpoint.
Data-Driven Program ExecutionLead the development and execution of prioritised B2B lifecycle initiatives aligned to the overarching strategy and commercial goals.
Sales Enablement Platform SupportContribute to the ongoing management and optimisation of the Seismic platform ensuring sales teams have timely, relevant, and approved content to support customer conversations and campaign execution.
1 : 1 Communication Strategy ExecutionLead and execute personalised 1 : 1 communication strategies for major campaigns and programs ensuring the right message reaches the right customer at the right time through the most effective channel.
Content & Experience CreationCollaborate with internal SMEs to craft content and orchestrate customer experiences that meet project briefs build and personalise communications using dynamic content and batch sends in SFMC.
Performance Analysis & OptimisationContinuously analyse lifecycle performance experiments and customer success metrics apply a test-and-learn mindset to optimise journeys and ensure every interaction delivers impact and magic.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B lifecycle marketing with a focus on customer-centric journey design data-driven program execution and sales enablement platform support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think laterally and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent data literacy including the retrieval cleaning and presentation visualisation of data.
- A collaborative nature with the demonstrated ability to work across multi-team matrixed large organisations at scale.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver messages to the right people at the right time.
