Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager

This position plays a pivotal role in driving customer lifecycle and marketing automation solutions across the business.
The Senior CRM Specialist will lead our CRM marketing efforts, mapping end-to-end journeys and building automations to segment audiences and analyze results.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the CRM project team to build and launch a new CRM platform for marketing, CX, and compliance.
- Leading the development of customer lifecycle activity using martech solutions to deliver onboarding, automated, and personalized experiences across email and SMS channels.
- Coordinating and maintaining data workflow processes from sources to CRM to ensure effective use of all new CRM features.
- Executing personalized 1:1 communications for campaigns and marketing initiatives, ensuring aligned messaging and direct communications best practices.
- Tracking performance across KPIs (opens, clicks, conversions, revenue) and setting up dashboards for reporting.

We are looking for someone with 3+ years of experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation, as well as strong skills in email and SMS campaign creation, including copy, design, templating, testing, and optimization.
