Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Professional

This role is pivotal in leading the overall solution design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation initiatives.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a technical roadmap, integration architecture, and migration strategy from legacy systems to MSCRM.
  • Provide architectural oversight across all CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and related Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and data governance frameworks.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect preferably on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of MSCRM modules.
  • Strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies.
Custom Developer Role:
  • Design and implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with core banking systems, ERP, payment gateways, and third-party financial applications.
