What You'll Do:

  • Design, customize, and configure
    Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
    to meet complex business needs.
  • Build and enhance custom
    entities, plugins, workflows, business rules
    , and
    Power Automate flows
    .
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with
    core banking systems, ERP platforms, payment gateways
    , and third-party applications.
  • Create intelligent solutions using
    Power Apps
    ,
    Power BI dashboards
    , and
    automation tools
    .
  • Develop high-performance features using
    JavaScript, C#, .NET
    , and
    FetchXML
    .
  • Ensure
    data security, compliance
    , and integrity through role-based access, field-level security, and audit controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment to deliver innovative and scalable CRM solutions.

What You Bring:

  • 6–10 years of hands-on experience in
    MS Dynamics 365 CRM development
    .
  • Proven experience in the
    financial services domain
    —banking, insurance, or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of
    integration architecture
    and modern CRM practices.
  • Passion for clean code, scalable architecture, and delivering business value through technology.
