Job Position

A technology firm is currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in workshops with clients and provide technical feasibility and thought leadership on different project requirements.
  • Create solution designs for Dynamics 365 CRM modules as per project specifications.
  • Lead development activities for Dynamics 365 CRM instances.
  • Develop high-level and detailed-level design artifacts.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and develop integrations with Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Computer Science.
  • Experience working on multiple end-to-end lifecycles of MS Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
  • Knowledge of Power Automate or PowerApps Portals.
  • Ability to create plug-ins, custom workflow activities.
  • Experience in creating Dashboards, Charts, and Reports.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services like Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault.
  • Understanding of modern JavaScript libraries such as ReactJS and AngularJS.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent customer interaction skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
