Job Description

Lead the overall solution design and architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.

  • Define the technical roadmap, integration architecture, and migration strategy from legacy systems to MSCRM.
  • Provide architectural oversight across all CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and related Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and data governance frameworks.

Guide development teams with best practices and technical standards across configuration, customisation, and integration.

Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for performance tuning, scalability, and resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of MSCRM modules
  • Strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies.
  • Solid grasp of CRM best practices, security model, business process flows, and custom workflows.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Agile / DevOps methodologies and tools.
