Strategic Employee Experience Manager

The role of Employee Experience Partner is instrumental in shaping the overall employee experience for a diverse client group.
You will partner closely with senior leaders on all people and culture matters, including talent management, performance, employee relations and workforce planning.
- Talent Management: You will work with leaders to develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining and developing top talent.
- Performance: You will collaborate with leaders to establish clear goals, objectives and performance metrics.
- Employee Relations: You will provide expert guidance on conflict resolution, dispute management and employee engagement.
- Workforce Planning: You will collaborate with leaders to develop strategic workforce plans that align with business objectives.
This role requires:
- Demonstrated and proven experience in partnering with leaders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations and WHS laws.
- Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport and trust at all levels.
- Deep understanding of P&C processes and best practice.
