Employee Experience Manager

As an accomplished Employee Experience professional, you will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience for a diverse group. You will partner closely with senior leaders on all employee matters, including talent management, performance, employee relations and workforce planning. Your expertise will be sought after by operational teams to address specific challenges and opportunities, while providing expert guidance on employee relations, dispute resolution and conflict management.

  • Proven experience in coaching and developing leaders to enhance their people leadership capability would be highly regarded.
  • A strong understanding of employment legislation and employee relations is essential. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other relevant field, or demonstrable experience within Human Resources, is also required.
  • Successful candidates must set up a digital identity to access Government data aligned to role.
About You

You are an accomplished P&C professional with a strong understanding of employment legislation and proven experience in partnering with leaders at all levels. You will demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all levels.

To succeed in this role, you must be able to balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work with a drive to ensure positive business outcomes.
