About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team due to continued growth. This role will involve managing projects on the client side, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.

  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum + Car Allowance and performance-based incentives.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing remediation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • A strong relationship builder with exceptional communication skills, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will be responsible for managing projects up to $10 million, overseeing all aspects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring all deliverables are met according to client requirements.
  • Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to clients, ensuring transparency and strong collaboration.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of client needs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, with a preference for remediation project management or experience on the client or building side.
  • A track record of managing projects up to $10 million, ensuring successful delivery within time and budget constraints.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and industry standards.
