**Job Title:** Technical Support Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support engineering organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise software support, with a passion for complex problem-solving and a drive for excellence.

  • Triage and Resolve Issues: Take ownership of incoming customer issues, triaging, investigating, managing, and resolving complex technical problems related to our products.
  • Escalation and Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, maintaining prescribed SLAs, and escalating issues to the engineering team as needed.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Document detailed investigations of new issues and create knowledge base content to aid in future issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers in a highly technical support role, and 3+ years of experience working with Docker and Kubernetes.
