Our team is looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a busy restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery and high-quality food presentation. Key responsibilities include managing staff schedules, conducting regular inspections to ensure efficient service, mentoring a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, and handling customer inquiries and feedback.

About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operation, including staff scheduling.
  • Regular inspection tour to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
  • Manage the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Personal recruitment, training and supervising.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Planning and organizing special functions or promotional activities.

Skills Required:

  • Relevant qualifications or at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Effective communication skills, excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
  • Understanding of management and reporting practices.
  • Familiar with regulations in health and food safety.
  • Passion, optimistic, customer-oriented and high sense of team cooperation.

Remuneration:

We offer a competitive salary package, including $74,000 + Super + bonus, employee discounts on meals and merchandise, and working 38 hours per week.
