Key Account Development Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Key Account Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales, distribution, and performance of our craft, international, and ginger beer portfolio across major retail partners in Australia.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will work closely with key customers to drive profit, revenue, and other performance targets by understanding their business needs, priorities, and strategies. You will be a critical member of our sales team, contributing to the growth and success of our brand portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment between our businesses.
  • Engage with primary customer contacts to conduct joint business planning and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Understand key drivers of customers' businesses (economics and strategy) to inform annual plans and ensure value creation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities for category growth and develop strategic plans to achieve agreed-upon targets.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers through regular communication, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
